ONEWS-ID.COM (Baturaja)- Puluhan masa gabungan dari berbagai elemen masyarakat dan organisasi mahasiswa menggelar aksi demonstrasi di halaman depan gedung Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), Senin pagi (05/04/2021).
Diketahui para pendemo ini menuntut beberapa hal terkait rencana penunjukan Pejabat Bupati OKU pasca kekosongan akibat meninggalnya Bupati terpilih Kuryana Azis dan wakilnya Johan Anuar yang non aktif tersandung dugaan kasus korupsi.
Dalam aksinya yang dijaga ketat aparat gabungan itu salah satu orator A Syukri Kholil menyampaikan pihaknya meminta Mendagri dan Gubernur menetapkan PJ Bupati sesuai dengan norma aturan undang -undang seperti ada transparasi, kepastian hukum, proporsionalitas dan tidak ada keberpihakan.
Beberapa tuntutan itu jelas Syukri Kholil anatara lain yakni Prosesnya hendaklah sesuai dengan asas asas umum pemerintahan yang baik (AUPB), selanjutnya tidak ada rekayasa dan akal akalan untuk mengakomodir kepentingan oligarki kekuasaan yang sarat dengan nepotisme serta menolak Pj Bupati OKU yang berpotensi melanggengkan kekuasan yang KKN dan berbau politik Dinasti yang dapat menimbulkan situasi yang tidak kondusif di Kabupaten OKU.
“Yang kami takutkan jika tuntutan ini tidak diindahkan akan terjadi ketidakkondusifan di bumi OKU,”tegas Syukri Kholil.
Sementara itu ketua DPRD OKU Marjito Bachri didampingi Yopi Sahrudin serta beberapa anggota dewan lainya mengaku telah menerima aspirasi para pendemo dikatakanya aspirasi tersebut akan pihaknya tindaklanjuti dan akan meneruskan surat ke Gubernur dan Mendagri.
