“Karena pembangunan tidak boleh terhenti, tetap harus berkelanjutan,” Ujar Iskandar, di Kayuagung, Rabu, (4/10).
Kepada pejabat yang dilantik Iskandar menyampaikan jabatan bersifat sementara dan semua harus siap dengan adanya perputaran.
“Sebelum purna tugas, persiapkanlah semua dengan pengabdian secara totalitas, integritas dan dedikasi terbaik. Meninggalkan legacy kebaikan untuk banyak orang”, ujar Iskandar.
Iskandar juga menyebut agar para pejabat segera adaptasi menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan kerja yang baru.
“Jangan terpaku pola kerja yang lama, harus pandai menyesuaikan diri, cerdas menerjemahkan aspirasi masyarakat dan mempercepat pelayanan kepada masyarakat”, imbuhnya.
