“Memang kita sayangkan pada saat pembagian kemarin kok tidak diperiksa lagi, semestinya pada saat sebelum pembagian bahwasannya harus dicek ulang, bagaimana kadaluwarsanya, yang namanya makanan range-nya cepat, nanti kita panggil,” jelasnya.
Ditegaskan Mirwansyah, dia akan segera meminta keterangan dari Dinas Sosial PALI atas ditemukannya bansos kadaluwarsa.
“Kami akan panggil kepala dinasnya dan petugas gudang, kita akan berikan tegoran, yang namanya makanan itu harus kita cek berkala. Kejadian ini bukan ada unsur kesengajaan, tetapi ada kelalaian, kenapa barang tidak di cek ulang saat membagikan langsung ke Penukal Utara,” ujarnya.
Selanjutnya dikatakan dia bahwa ada mekanisme aturan jika barang kadaluwarsa akan dimusnahkan.
“Semestinya atas pembakaran apapun itu harus ada berita acaranya, kan pemusnahan barang yang sudah kadaluwarsa itu duit juga, harus ada berita acara pembakaran. Diperbolehkan kok pemusnahan barang apabila sudah kadaluwarsa, cuma harus ada berita acara berita acara dan dilaporkan ke kepala daerah,” kata dia.
Diakhir wawancara dia menyampaikan secepatnya akan menyelesaikan dan mencari solusi permasalahan ini.
“Secara khusus nantinya saya akan panggil seluruh kepala dinas sosial di Sumsel karena ini menyangkut keuangan negara agar ke depan kejadian ini tidak terjadi lagi di PALI bahkan seluruh kabupaten/kota di Sumsel,” tutupnya.
