ONews-id.com(PRABUMULIH) – Kabar gembira bagi masyarakat Sumatera Selatan khususnya di kota Prabumulih. Pasalnya, dalam waktu dekat Pemerintah provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) melalui Pergub Nomor 18 Tahun 2022 tentang Pembebasan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor Kedua dan Seterusnya serta Penghapusan Sanksi Administratif Berupa Denda dan Bunga PKB dan BBNKB kembali memberikan keringanan bagi para pemilik kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat melalui program Pembebasan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) Penyerahan Kedua dan Seterusnya Khusus Mutasi Masuk Luar Provinsi serta Penghapusan Sanksi Adminitrasi berupa Denda dan Bunga PKB dan BBNKB tahun 2022.
Kabar Ini sesuai intruksi Gubernur Sumsel H. Herman Deru melalui Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Provinsi Sumsel Dra. Hj. Neng Muhaiba dalam press releasenya, pada 27 Juli 2022, yang menyebutkan program Pembebasan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) Penyerahan Kedua dan Seterusnya Khusus Mutasi Masuk Luar Provinsi serta Penghapusan Sanksi Adminitrasi berupa denda dan bunga PKB dan BBNKB tahun 2022 tersebut merupakan bentuk nyata upaya Gubernur untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dan untuk menjaga stabilitas keuangan daerah secara makro maupun mikro melalui stimulus fiskal untuk membantu memulihkan ekonomi kerakyatan.
“Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan mulai tanggal 1 Agustus sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022 memberikan pembebasan BBNKB Penyerahan Kedua dan Seterusnya Khusus Mutasi Masuk Luar Provinsi Serta Penghapusan Sanksi Administrasi Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB),” tegas Neng Muhaiba.
Dia menambahkan, penghapusan sanksi administrasi berlaku bagi PKB dan BBNKB pada tahun berkenaan dan sanksi administrasi PKB tahun-tahun sebelumnya, akan tetapi dikecualikan untuk PKB dan BBNKB Penyerahan Pertama (Kendaraan Baru). Masyarakat cukup membayar pokoknya saja.
PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Sumatera Selatan juga, lanjut dia, ikut mendukung kebijakan Gubernur dengan memberikan juga pembebasan Denda Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ) untuk tahun lalu dan tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
“Penghapusan sanksi adminstrasi berlaku bagi Pembayaran PKB Tahunan dan Tunggakan, Ganti Pemilik, dan bagi kendaraan Mutasi baik dalam provinsi maupun luar provinsi Sumsel,” imbuhnya.
Neng Muhaiba juga menjelaskan sesuai dengan Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) tersebut plat non BG atau di luar Provinsi Sumsel agar dimutasikan untuk pindah menjadi plat BG. Hal ini akan menjadi potensi pajak dan menambah sumber pendapataan daerah kedepannya.
